Surprise Upset

In an upset of epic proportions, Julius Goat was voted out of Survive Donkey Island tonight.  6 votes and it was gg Goat.  Goat baby, it totally sucks.  :(

I played the rebuy badly, while trying to hook up to buddy dank radio.  It took me forever to hook up, and it never worked really well.  I waited to the last minute to get it set up - my fault.  Anyway, I'll try again on Wednesday cuz I'll still be around then.

Believe it or not, this was the first time I listened to the entire BDR show.  I'd never even stayed up to listen to the votes live before.  What a great frigging show.  Why was I playing without listening?  The music is great, Buddy's hilarious, and I like the info I get along the way.  I'm a listener now.

So Buddy sends all these sorts of directions.....and I follow them to the letter.  BTW I don't know what the fuck I'm doing when it comes to this crap but I'll have it figured out by Wednesday.  Anyway he sends all these directions and in one of the spaces he says to type in YOU.  So I type in the word YOU, as he said to.  Later on I hear him laughing that I was supposed to type in something like very josie....you know me, not the word YOU.  I am sooo computer illiterate.

But the most important thing is Mama's still in the game!  I can't believe it.  9 of us left.  Everyone be nice to me.  I'm a girl!

So I left the game early with an A-Q against Kat's A-8 on a A-8-X flop.  Blah.  gg me - but not really.  Thank God there are no more rebuys. 

Time for bed.....actually past time for that.  It's good going to be knowing that I'll be around for at least another 3 days.  I'll worry about Wednesday on Wednesday.

Goat, it was a pleasure playing with you sir!  You are a gentleman and a scholar.

Poor Goat is all washed up.  GG my man.

Play smart, like Kat who got immunity.  Lucky girl.

Like Kissing My Sister.....

The Very Josie was Very fun yet I'm Very frustrated. (looking at you Jordan) We ended up with (13) players.  Not too shabby, considering it was Dank night. The players were: 1. Coop 2. Frankie Baby 3. Gary 4. Jordan 5. Kattitude 6. Lucky Duck 7. Memphis Mojo 8. The Lovely Very Josie 9. WolfsButt, I mean Wolfshead :P 10. Edgie??? 11. GoBurn1 12. My sis, PrettyCat1 a/k/a Cricket 13. Baynes Baynes made an entrance showing up a tiny bit late, but what a pleasant surprise.  I could've kissed that frog!  (frog avatar)  Baynes I think you can leave work at a decent time one a month, right?  The Very Josie is only once a month! 2 tables.  I started off with Mojo, Kat, Edgie, GoBurn1, Baynes & Ducky at my table.  Started off playing good and stayed that way.  Caught some decent cards early on and kept the chips I won.  But that Damn Mojo was a thorn in my side for the whole game.  He got MORE chips early on and held onto them too.  Mojo will now be called Nem

Upset

I got a lot of much needed sleep last night and woke up with intentions of writing a very funny story but plans have changed my friends. I just read Tony's Latest Post and I'm too worried or upset to write about anything so frivolous.  I think many of his readers just see him as an interesting story, and not a person.  I see the person, who I was trying so very hard to steer away from a train wreck, but it didn't work.  In fact, the part that scares me the most is maybe I, with my good intentions, pushed him further off the cliff.  Maybe I put too much pressure on him to avoid the machines - too much pressure about something he is unable to control.  I need to shut the fuck up and stop giving out unsolicited advice, which most likely will not happen.  I cannot express how badly I feel about this.
