NOT Very Josie

Okay, okay...there was this ONE time about four years ago.....

I was going to Florida in March for Red Sox spring training and was the pastiest whitest I ever get as it was the end of the long winter.  Now the problem with going to a warm place in March is that you're exposing untanned parts.  Ugh.  Not good.

At the last moment I decided to get a fancy spray tan at a tanning salon in Saugus.  You go in, and after a bit of prep that you really dont need to know about, you get sprayed from like 12 different spigots that are positioned all around you.  Then you're supposed to rub the stuff in and presto, instant tan.

Well I did what they said, but it didn't come out so well, cuz I couldn't really rub in the stuff on my back.  So my front was fine, but my back area had drip lines going down it.  IT WAS HORRIBLE.  And it woudn't come off for most of the week, and believe me I tried.

Turns out there is something worse than pasty white skin and that's pasty white skin with tan colored drips.

Blah.  Do not tell anyone about this low point in my life.

Tan smart.

A good piece of advice I got from a boss was, "Don't beef on yourself!" and it is decent advice and from a boss no less.

The only think I can think of that's causing this syndrome is that Waffles is contagious.

Ken those pasties aren't a bad idea for backyard tanning....prolly better than cucumber slices which are can be cold. And you know cold doesn't help.

The Very Josie was Very fun yet I'm Very frustrated. (looking at you Jordan) We ended up with (13) players.  Not too shabby, considering it was Dank night. The players were: 1. Coop 2. Frankie Baby 3. Gary 4. Jordan 5. Kattitude 6. Lucky Duck 7. Memphis Mojo 8. The Lovely Very Josie 9. WolfsButt, I mean Wolfshead :P 10. Edgie??? 11. GoBurn1 12. My sis, PrettyCat1 a/k/a Cricket 13. Baynes Baynes made an entrance showing up a tiny bit late, but what a pleasant surprise.  I could've kissed that frog!  (frog avatar)  Baynes I think you can leave work at a decent time one a month, right?  The Very Josie is only once a month! 2 tables.  I started off with Mojo, Kat, Edgie, GoBurn1, Baynes & Ducky at my table.  Started off playing good and stayed that way.  Caught some decent cards early on and kept the chips I won.  But that Damn Mojo was a thorn in my side for the whole game.  He got MORE chips early on and held onto them too.  Mojo will now be called Nem
