The Borgata Saga Continues

I received a response to the email I sent to The Borgata last week.  Please see below.

September 30, 2011

Dear Ms. C*****:

I am very sorry to hear of your recent experience at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. It is most disappointing to know that you were not able to obtain a MyBorgata Card during your visit. We regret the inconveniences you must have experienced. I would like to speak with you further about your concerns. Please reach me at 609-317-7738 and I will happily address your concerns.

Here's what I don't like about it....

1. It's dated 9/30/11 yet I actually received it 15 minutes ago.
2. I don't remember writing about concerns so much as disappointments.
3. She doesn't promise much except for "addressing concerns".  I have a feeling that, plus 50 cents, will buy me a phone call.
4. I get the feeling this phone call will leave me in my current state of dis-satisfaction, which means I'll never play at The Borgata.

I hope I'm wrong about item #4.

I was planning to call my mother at lunchtime today.  It's crazy to call her during actual work time because no phone calls with her are ever short.  Kinda like Gary!

Hmmm I may bump the mom phone call because of The Borgata.  I'm a bad daughter!

Play smart.

Frankly I'd rather give it to Poker Grump and let him talk on my behalf, but I dunno how well he'd do a female boston accent.
