More Important Than My Hair


The majority says bob cut, but there was also one vote for a mullet (thank you Kenny) and one vote to leave it alone (Gary).  Bammer, who is a woman afficionado, (have you seen his Frantic Fridays?) says short hair is sexy. Bammer knows sexy so I am going to trust him.


Truthfully, my hair usually doesn't look quite as bad as that photo, but it needs some style.  Bob it is!  I'm going to shoot for a slightly longer version of the cartoon above.  Keep your fingers crossed.

Now I'm a Leo so I'm all about my mane hair but there is something even more important than hair that I want to talk about.

It's nice and early for all you old fogies (like me) that have to get to bed at a decent time.  My goal for tomorrow night's tourney is to bust out Pokah Dave (Dionysus).  So Dave, you have to play!

BTW I just got into work (late) after doing a 2 hour focus group on potato chips.  I've inspected, smelled and tasted more potato chips today than you would believe.  At first that sounded like a good gig - paid to eat chips!  But I don't have a gall bladder so let's just say there was an adverse reaction.  :) 

That's about it for now.  I better do some accounting work.

Like Kissing My Sister.....

The Very Josie was Very fun yet I'm Very frustrated. (looking at you Jordan) We ended up with (13) players.  Not too shabby, considering it was Dank night. The players were: 1. Coop 2. Frankie Baby 3. Gary 4. Jordan 5. Kattitude 6. Lucky Duck 7. Memphis Mojo 8. The Lovely Very Josie 9. WolfsButt, I mean Wolfshead :P 10. Edgie??? 11. GoBurn1 12. My sis, PrettyCat1 a/k/a Cricket 13. Baynes Baynes made an entrance showing up a tiny bit late, but what a pleasant surprise.  I could've kissed that frog!  (frog avatar)  Baynes I think you can leave work at a decent time one a month, right?  The Very Josie is only once a month! 2 tables.  I started off with Mojo, Kat, Edgie, GoBurn1, Baynes & Ducky at my table.  Started off playing good and stayed that way.  Caught some decent cards early on and kept the chips I won.  But that Damn Mojo was a thorn in my side for the whole game.  He got MORE chips early on and held onto them too.  Mojo will now be called Nem

Upset

I got a lot of much needed sleep last night and woke up with intentions of writing a very funny story but plans have changed my friends. I just read Tony's Latest Post and I'm too worried or upset to write about anything so frivolous.  I think many of his readers just see him as an interesting story, and not a person.  I see the person, who I was trying so very hard to steer away from a train wreck, but it didn't work.  In fact, the part that scares me the most is maybe I, with my good intentions, pushed him further off the cliff.  Maybe I put too much pressure on him to avoid the machines - too much pressure about something he is unable to control.  I need to shut the fuck up and stop giving out unsolicited advice, which most likely will not happen.  I cannot express how badly I feel about this.
