Bad Hair Day....or Bad Hair Month....

This is a really bad picture of me.

Not only am I having a very bad hair day, I am also wearing ZERO makeup.  That's because this was a pool party and there's no point in wearing makeup if I'm going swimming.

Anyway, I'm posting the horrible picture for a reason.  My hair.  That was taken about 6 weeks ago and I still haven't had a hair cut.  It is out of control!!  But I'm getting a haircut this week. My sister Cricket is a hairdresser and she's been on me to get it cut.

I'm thinking of doing something drastic, like a chin length bob. (that'd be really short for me)  What do you think?  Or I could go with a trim of an inch or two.  I cannot decide. 

My usual MO is to get a drastic haircut and then not cut it for like 9 months.

My profile picture was taken after one of those drastic hair cuts and it doesn't look too bad....plus I had bangs then. (fringe for my UK readers!)

So readers - please vote short (chin length) or leave it long.  I think I'll go with the majority.

Ahh the hair question...I think the chin legnth bob would look really good on you Josie! I am going to go with a shorter long in front layered look but I am going to do multi colored blonde highlights as well. I need something different and want new look. Maybe some red/golden tone highlights?

Upset

I got a lot of much needed sleep last night and woke up with intentions of writing a very funny story but plans have changed my friends. I just read Tony's Latest Post and I'm too worried or upset to write about anything so frivolous.  I think many of his readers just see him as an interesting story, and not a person.  I see the person, who I was trying so very hard to steer away from a train wreck, but it didn't work.  In fact, the part that scares me the most is maybe I, with my good intentions, pushed him further off the cliff.  Maybe I put too much pressure on him to avoid the machines - too much pressure about something he is unable to control.  I need to shut the fuck up and stop giving out unsolicited advice, which most likely will not happen.  I cannot express how badly I feel about this.
